Stay Wanda
A heartfelt gathering born from the collaboration of three women—each bringing her own roots, skills, and vision to create something unique.

This lunch pays tribute to Wanda, the grandmother of Sascia Trevisan a woman who found joy in foraging wild herbs and mushrooms, and in feeding others with warmth and simplicity. The dishes will echo those she lovingly prepared for Sascia when she came home from school, infused with the scents of woodlands, seasons, and memory.

You'll be welcomed at Matilde Coltiva, a small family farm nestled among gardens and woods, for a convivial experience around a shared table where Wanda's story lives on through food.

About the Collaborators

• Sascia Trevisan is a forager, consultant, and private chef who specializes in gathering, transforming, and cooking spontaneous wild ingredients. She conducts courses on wild herb recognition and integrates these elements into culinary experiences.

• Matilde Coltiva is a small family farm located in Bagnoreggio who focuses on organic and regenerative agriculture and community engagement, offering a space where love, friendship, peace, and farming coexist.

The cost of the event, which includes the experience, the courses menu and wine paring, is 65€.
